These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Planetstudy (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our Career Guidance Platform.

By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us.

5. Fee and Payment

You may be required to purchase or pay a fee to access some of our services. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. We bill you through an online billing account for purchases successfully completed.
