2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed less than 20% of the overall career guidance quizzes and viewing materials. If our system tracking indicates extensive consumption of the proprietary methodology materials, the refund may be denied.

3. Non-refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not applicable if:

• The request is made after 7 days from the purchase date.
• You have downloaded the comprehensive PDF Career Report.
• You have booked a 1-on-1 counseling session slot (as time reservations are irreversible).

4. Processing Timeline

Once a valid refund request is initiated via email (support@planetstudy.in), the funds will be credited back to your original source of payment within 5-7 business days depending on the banking clearance network.
